Rahoton dake shigo mana daga birnin tarayya Abuja na bayyana cewar Babban bankin Najeriya, CBN, ya sanar da kammala sayar da Bankin Polaris, wanda rikici ya kunno kai a kwanan nan.
Daraktan sashin hulda da al’umma na hukumar babban Bankin ne ya bayyana hakan cikin wata sanarwa da ya fitar kuma aka rarraba ta ga manema labarai a Abuja.
Nwanisobi, ya sanar da cewa CBN da AMCON ne suka jagoranci sayar da bankin ga wadanda suka fi yawan hannun jari a bankin da sunan ‘Strategic Capital Investment Limited’ (SCIL).
Sanarwar ta ce SCIL ta biya N50 biliyan nan take don siyan hannun jarin Polaris Bank baki daya kuma ta amince da yarjejeniya da suka hada da biyan N1.305 tiriliyan, da gwamnati ta saka a bankin don ceto shi daga rushewa.
“An biya CBN kudade da daidaito da ta samar a bankin Polaris lokacin da ake kokarin daidaita bankin da tattabar da an samo dukkan kudin da aka bawa bankin lokacin tallafi.”
